I will tackle things alone or find a shoulder to cry on. But anyway I know I have to be tough to face every hardships no matter what happened!

    Ben,
I used to have days like you've described above and my 'method of escape' was to ignore them, which, as anyone could surmised, did not solve the problem.

It was a 'fear of failure' that had taken hold of me. Once I started facing that problem, rather than running away, I felt so much better.

Yes, it took some time to incorporate this attitude, but once installed, you can't imagine the peace and tranquility which I have.

Wishing everyone the ability and stamina to make their lives void of angst, and to always have friends/family, to lean on.

    Best to you.

Looks like a power point slide. :)

Thanks Rick. That picture was taken on a long weekend vacation when both kids were sleeping. My wife and I had 30 minutes of quiet. It was something...

I'll tell you what I do, I think about how some people are homeless or without a job or both. Knowing that I am working and have a roof over my head, knowing that I have it a little better than most people usually is enough to make me begin to cope with the "bad days".

Peaceful greetings from the south coast of Jamaica. May you and yours be abundantly blessed. What a powerful post! I was lead here by a blog posted by Francis Wade. Even with my slow dial up, it was worth waiting for all the pictures to load. My kids and grandkids will be sent the URL for this post. I want them to see it!
    Bless Up,

Lady Roots - I'm glad you enjoyed the post. It was a challenge writing and finding all the pictures, but the style is very rewarding when you publish it.
