You need to show more of those features in your "Reception tour" at StandoutJobs.com - the video clips there don't do the service justice.
Most important features that I've seen so far? The "broadcasting" feature, the metrics, and the candidate searching/bookmarklet stuff. Of all that, only the broadcasting is shown on your site.
Looks like it could not have gone any better.
The site looks great. One of the biggest things that stood out to me, and something that I'm always a stickler about it, was the ease of use or navigation of the site.

I think you should add your presentation to this page to give an overall view of the product before explaining the different parts.
